Terms of Service

Effective August 30, 2026

1. The service

Grovalo is a visibility platform for local businesses, operated by That Social Geek, Queen Creek, Arizona. It lets you plan, create, schedule, and measure social media content, and publish it to social accounts you connect. By creating an account or using Grovalo, you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptable use

You may use Grovalo only to publish content you have the right to publish, and only in ways that comply with the law and with the terms of each connected social platform. You may not use the Service to send spam, publish unlawful or infringing content, misrepresent who you are, or interfere with the Service or other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account: keeping your credentials confidential, everything published through your connected accounts at your direction, and making sure the people you invite to your workspace are authorized to act for your business. Tell us promptly at info@thatsocialgeek.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Your content

You own the content you create and upload. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and publish it at your direction. When you delete content or your account, that license ends.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Social platforms change their APIs and policies without notice; we do not warrant that any platform will accept, display, or retain published content.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, That Social Geek LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
